How To Order
First, take a look at the song list page and decide which songs you like.
All of the music that I have arranged should be ordered through me. I collect the per copy fees where applicable and send these fees to International. Most per copy fees are now $1.00. A few still remain from 50¢ to $1.00
You may order in one of three ways:
- By E-Mail if you can
- Through the mail
- By phone. (I'm frequently away from my desk, so please leave your request with the information requested above.)
Be sure to include the following information:
- Name of the song
- Number of copies needed
- Your name
- Your Chapter or Quartet
- Your complete address, both snail mail and E-Mail
I will bill you the per copy fees and arrangers fee when I mail out the music. This should be paid within 10 days. No song will be legal until the per copy fees are paid.
All my songs are $35.00. Bev's original music will be $35.00 and consignment work will be $50.00. This will allow me to cover office expenses, postage, copying costs, etc., and my time to handle the extra book work.
In seeking to discourage the many requests for previews plus incurring the costs of preparing and mailing the arrangements, I have decided to implement the following:
An up front preview fee of $10.00 for each arrangement will be necessary. If the arrangement is kept, this fee can be deducted from the total fee for that song. If you return the arrangement, this fee is non–refundable for each arrangement returned. All previews not purchased must be returned with 45 days or it will be considered an order. Per copy fees will still apply for each arrangement not in Public Domain. If you are ordering a preview by phone, mail, or E-Mail, I will wait for your preview payment to arrive before filling the request. If you are placing an order, the arrangement will be sent out immediately with an invoice. Payment is due upon receipt.Once per copy fees are paid they cannot be refunded. Any song may be exchanged for any other song on my list, within 45 days by returning the song to me with a request to exchange. The per copy fee must be paid for the new song.
If you are not a member and you wish to order a song, or need some additional information, you can contact me by E-mail, snail-mail or by phone. Also, I get a lot of requests to arrange songs that are not on the list (consignment work). These requests go through me, as well.
Any exchanges or refunds must be made within 45 days of the order.
Payment is to be made by check or money order. Once the check is received, the order will be mailed.
Orders that go through me can usually be received within 3 or 4 days, unless I'm on another vacation or something. My address is:
