Welcome to Berkeley, and thank you for your interest in our fully furnished apartments.

We specialize in renting fully furnished one-bedroom apartments to UC students, post-docs and visiting scholars. As a small housing provider, we are conscientious about providing our rental clients with a very clean, safe and well maintained place to live. Our apartments have been carefully furnished to enable our clients to literally move in with only their clothing and begin living in their new home after a trip to the supermarket. We are "hands-on" property owners and respond quickly to our rental customers' needs because we live only two blocks from the apartments.

We provide our tenants with free, secure wireless broadband Internet connection (802.11n) and Ethernet (hard-wired) and a free community washing machine, and will help new tenants obtain utility accounts (telephone, gas/electricity, cable TV), and open bank/credit union accounts.

Our two 4-unit apartment buildings (8 apartments total) are conveniently located on the corner of Channing Way and Milvia Street, 10 minutes walking distance to downtown Berkeley and the University of California campus (4 blocks). The Berkeley BART subway station (4 blocks) provides easy access to San Francisco. Local public buses are one block east of the apartments on Shattuck Avenue. The Walk Score for the buildings is 98 out of a possible 100 - "Walker's Paradise."
