Before the celebration began.	Juliana came early to help us get ready. She snapped off these lovely photos when it was still light outside. (And before I'd had a chance to cry off any of my makeup!) Don't you love the balloon trees? I do. I wanted the decorations to be simple and elegant. I was very happy with the result. The National Hispanic Cultural Center is very beautiful.
