List of Manufactured Foods

The purpose of this list is to provide parents of galactosemic children with some possible foods ideas. It is hoped that this list will serve to shorten the "hunting time" -  it was not created to replace ingredient label reading. Please remember that food manufacturers often change ingredients so some of these foods on this list may now contain dairy - you always need to read labels!!!! NOTE: This list was created by a parent of a child who has galctosemia, not a nutritionist or other professional.
