Thank you, Amy Hunt

****** NEW  - December 2006: *************

PLEASE NOTE: Melissa Berling was kind enough to share the below e-mail from Duncan Hines regarding their cake mixes.

FYI - I also called Duncan Hines and was told that some of their cake mixes will be dairy free while others of the SAME flavor will INCLUDE dairy. This representative explained to me that Duncan Hines would be manufacturing the same flavor cake mixes at different plants.  Please read labels very carefully when purchasing these cake mixes. If you have any additional or different information about Duncan Hines cake mixes that you would like to share, please e-mail me. Thanks.  (Thank you, Melissa Berling!)

Information about "Tyson Breast Tenders"

August 2001 - Tyson "Breast Tenders" (blue label) do not have dairy listed on label. I have added these to the list below.

21 August 2001 - Thank you Stacey Uptegrove for the following information about Tyson Chicken Breast Tenders....
"A while ago Tyson had added whey to their chicken breast tenders, but I noticed in the store the other day that it didn't have whey listed.  I called Tyson and they said they had removed the whey and if it wasn't listed as an ingredient the product didn't contain it.  My son really liked them so I was excited and thought I would pass on the news.  I would however check the ingredients closely as I am sure most parents do."

Information about Duncan Hines products......

May 2001 - A representative from Duncan Hines (I believe her name was Joan) informed me that Duncan Hines will be adding milk to their
Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix. The old packaging bears a (U), the new packaging will have a (U)-D. The representative told me that this is
a recipe change! not just an equipment change. I have removed this product from the list below.

Please consider calling or writing to Duncan Hines to voice your opinion about this change. I would hate to see Duncan Hines add milk ingredients to their other dairy-free products!
