The two rules don't say the penalties don't stack. IMO, being hideously wounded and collapsing from fatigue would be worse than either by itself. Those who are wont to write off fatigue as irrelevant next to injury have probably never been at the point where fatigue threatened to do further injury . .

I think this is a stupid oversight on my part or David's . . . The basic idea is that the victim has the screaming-and-doing-nothing effect, not 
that he dies of FP loss. I'd recommend stopping FP loss at 0 FP for this hazard.
