Melee Attack

The Melee Attack limitation turns a ranged attack
that
doesn't depend on the user's ST into a hand-to-hand attack. Think
plasma sword
vs. plasma beam, or force sword vs. force beam, or shocking touch vs.
lightning
bolt, or . . .
