About the Paddock™…

An idea conceived thirty years ago, the time has come to make it a reality…

In this condominium culture, many of us (car people) are left with virtually nowhere to park or store a second car, which is often the car of choice for weekend drives, car shows or motor sports. Moreover, even if we had a space to park that hobby on wheels, most homeowner associations prohibit working on them. What to do? The Paddock will store your classic or collectible car in a safe, clean, enclosed, climate-controlled facility.

The Paddock will offer professional service facilities for the DIY member who desires to service his/her own vehicle. You can bring/store your own tools or rent what you need from the Paddock Tool Cage. Each service bay has a touch screen computer with access to service and technical guides for virtually any car built in the last forty years, a vehicle lift and compressed air for pneumatic tools.  If you need parts, a the Paddock can order them, often from a wholesaler, and usually have them for you within 24 hours.

Some locations will have dyno-testing facilities and alignment racks. Others may have game rooms so kids can stay occupied while the parent wrenches away in the garage. Each location will have a showroom which will display the cars of the month (with the permission of the owner) adjacent to the members-only Club Room.

The business model is much like a private club. There are various membership levels depending on the level of service desired from the Paddock. Services such as scheduled maintenance, pre-pickup detailing or weekly engine running and battery charging.
