I really remember the great taste of delaware punch during those hot Texas days
when the temperature would rise in the high 90's or 100's. I can recall my dad
and I going to the store and he treating me to a cold delaware punch soda. It
was not everyday that we could get a delaware punch, so whenever we did get one
it was really special. My only gripe now is that your product is not available
at any of the store that I try to get it from. Growing up in East Texas it use
to be so available, but now it seems to be an imposible thing to get a delaware
punch. Please make your product available again. It would really sale. Thanks...

I have been asking people about their knowledge of Delaware Punch for about five
years and nobody knows. For me it is a memory I can't even describe to them
except that it is so good on a hot summers day. My mother was a army bratt and
her family was from Texas. She grew up with Delaware Punch and shared it with me
as a child when we found it at a pop shop in Las Vegas. Apparently the people
out west are clueless and don't know what they're missing. For me it has become
a favorite childhood memory and although I can't describe it's taste to others,
I can still taste it in my mouth. Now I just want to share it with my children.

Hi Alex, just came across your website...looks good. It brought back old
memories, use to drink Delaware Punch growing up in So. California in late 40's
thru the 50's. Can't seem to find it any more. I know its still bottled in
Mexico by the Coke-Cola Co., so I ask friends to bring me back some when they
visit down there. Keep up the good work, and I'll keep watching your website for
updates. Dave

I grew up in Azusa Ca in the fifties and Delaware Punch was my favorite soft
drink. Been in Modesto CA without Delaware Punch for over 40 years- I miss it!
Then one day were coming back from Las Vegas and stop at Peggy Sue's diner near
calico and wala-Delaware Punch. It tasted just the same as forty years ago. Gene

i don't think that's fair that you only can purchase delaware punch from the
southeatern regions. there are people in south texas, such as houston who would
like to purchase this drink. the company that sells this drink is really losing
money and could make lots of it.

I have always grown up drinking delaware punch on special occasions. It was a
special treat for my grandma and I to share one after a day at her house. Now
that my grandma has been gone for 2 years I would buy a bottle and think of all

We were remembering and sharing some of the good times from our childhood here
in north central Texas, it was surprising the number of folks that relate to the
unmistakeable taste of Delaware Punch. It seems like quite a number of us
working in the Courthouse in Waxahachie are form the same era of mid 40's to
late 50's and what an impression was left with each of us by our memories of
Delaware Punch. I am in a position to make an investment to see it brought back
where my grandkids can have some of those same memories to reflect on with their
kids and grandkids. Where do I find some info about the company and what kind of
investment it would take to bring it back? Ron Langenheder (ron.langenheder@co.ellis.tx.us)

I would visit my grandparents in Louisiana and they would always buy it for me.
When I got older I puchased some myself there and brought it back to Colorado.
Shared it with my friends and they liked it, too. There is a growing number of
Mexicans in Denver and I am tempted to enter one of their little grocery stores
and see if maybe an intrepid grocer from south-of-the-border has chosen to carry
this fine product.

Thank you so much for your website. My father was from San Antonio and he and my
mother moved to Houston in about 1949. I was born in 1956 and raised in Houston
for most of my lief, which is where I developed a taste for my favorite
beverage, Delaware Punch. Perhaps my father brought his taste for the drink from
San Antonio, not certain, but my earliest memory of the drink was after my first
trip to the barber, my father treated me to a cold Delware Punch. Sure wish it
was available these days. I was thinking about it and went searching and found
your site. Keep up the great work. Living in Seattle these days, Gene

Hello! I have wonderful memories of flying from Alaska as a little girl, to
Texas to visit family. One of my fondest memories of my "Mamaw" was

Punch! It was so good! We all loved the flavor! Of course being from Alaska, we
didn't have DP available at home. So when ever we visited Texas... it was

that printed some of Delaware Punch's work. I am glad to see that the product is

I remember how special it was when my dad bought us a hamburger from The Griddle
System and let us pick out a soda. I wanted to be just like him so I picked
Delaware Punch. I miss not being able to buy it anymore! Marva in Ft. Worth, TX

I really like your web site. I was raised on Delaware Punch. The bottle I remember was the one on your photo page thats shaped like a vinegar bottle. It had to be mixed with water, and boy was it delicious! I haven't seen it in years and thought it was gone for sure. Thanks so much for the tips on where to get it. Good luck in your research. I sure wish we could get it in these parts again. I'm from Hobbs, NM.
