Winamp CUE Player plug-in: I think this is a simple and easy solution for those of you who want to make tracked cds. Install this plug-in for winamp and then load the cue file for the mix you are interested in. It will make virtual tracks for the mix. You can then save each track to disk as a wav file (you'll need the disk writer plugin). Then burn the tracks to cd and you're all set. Thanks to Sebastián for the link.
