Navy 118 was built by Pullman in 1914 originally for the Union Pacific as heavy weight Coach 741 and renumbered to Coach 1210 in 1916. It was then remodeled to Business Car 118 in January 1938; Business Car 114 in December 1951; Business Car 120 in April 1957. For many years it wore the name "Cleveland". The car was retired in 1970 and bought by Houston Allred of Wichita, TX where the Navy flair was added.

The current owner is Tyler Robbins and his wife of Cleveland OH. He is a retired US Navy Chief Petty Officer. He bought the car and completely refurbished it. He had the Navy neon rear drumhead made. From time to time, they provide the use of their private car to support Navy or Navy related causes.
