HOW TO ORDER

1. Compile a list of all the items you want. If you don't see what you want, ASK! It may have just arrived, or may be on the way. We receive new materials almost every week!
   
2. Email the list to us at theherofactory@yahoo.com in order to verify availability (sometimes materials sell faster than we can update the web site).
3. When you receive your confirmation and total from us, you can pay for your order via credit card, PayPal (please use theherofactory@yahoo.com for the "Recipient's Email"), or you can mail us a money order. See details below.
4. As soon as we receive payment, your order will be shipped out right away.

Shipping and handling cost is a fixed $3.95 for the first item and 50 cents for each additional item, excepting heavy boxed sets, which may cost more to ship. The standard shipping rate is for U.S. addresses, which includes delivery confirmation, but not insurance. Orders are insured by request at buyer's expense. International orders are welcome, with shipping and insurance costs to be determined. We promise a 100% refund if you feel the description of the condition of any item was not accurate. If you have any questions, feel free to email us any time.

We accept PayPal, credit cards, or money orders/certified checks in U.S. funds. If sending payment via US mail, be sure to drop us an email and let us know what item numbers you'd like, so we can reserve the items for you. As soon as payment is received, your order will be shipped out right away.
