Virtual CD Update...
I have found an alternative to Circle Virtual CD that seems to meet my needs and does not cause any hardware conflicts. Microsoft created a powertoy for XP that creates a virtual cd drive and can mount an ISO cd image saved to the hard drive. The setup is a little more complicated, but after a few minor problems I got the program working and uninstalled Circle Virtual CD. Instructions and download are available here...
