23 Ways to Improve Yourself….each week:

 

o      Read or learn something new (outside your field of interest).

o      Read or learn something new (in your field of interest).

o      Browse or study the current events (through reading, radio or TV).

o      Meet a new person or be friendly toward at least one acquaintance.

o      Teach someone something.

o      Watch a movie, TV show or play a game.

o      Try or do something you’ve never attempted or done.

o      Do something creative, original or unique.

o      Reach out to, or help someone.

o      Do something physical or active.

o      No eating after 10:00pm.

o      Spend time with your pet.

o      Finish or complete at least one task.

o      Laugh at least once.

o      Eat breakfast.

o      Spend a few minutes or more alone.

o      Prepare for something upcoming.

o      Reflect upon something from the past.

o      Spend time with a loved one (besides your pet).

o      Save some time, money and stress at least once.

o      Say or do something humorous.

o      Organize yourself

o      Give yourself a treat

 

If you can accomplish each of these activities every week, consider it well lived…a week that improved you as a person.  It will take work, but there is nothing here that you can’t do every week.
