Winter this year was an actual winter, with snow from the beginning of December until past February. Time for cross country skiing and downhill skiing. Christmas is nice with snow on the ground and to have Kristina and Steve home for and extended period of time. Kristina turned 21 and Julie turned 50. Julie and Rich celebrated Julie's half a century with a trip to Mexico. We celebrated Kristina's birthday the weekend after by going out to a nice dinner at La Grolla, a wonderful Italian restaurant in St Paul. Julie and I took in a Minnesota Swarm Lacrosse game. Now we are hoping for a early spring and for the snow to disappear.
