WIZARD WAR
2004 STORY:
Magic does indeed exist in this world.
It is raw, and it is powerful.
It seduces. It controls. It destroys.
There are those, who, despite the dangers, seek to use and master the magic. In time, the magic then masters them.
These people that use magic are called wizards, witches and warlocks.
A very few are good. Too many are evil.
Magic is complex, and has many aspects.
These wizards, witches and warlocks can only control one aspect at a time, ever.
Some of the most powerful individuals that use magic are;
Ytsirhc - The vain and self absorbed "Mirror Mistress". She can see a person’s true nature within their reflections. They say that she can see through any mirror on earth at any time, so beware, she just may be watching you in your mirror right now....
Atinob - The cold and heartless "Ice Queen" - her mastery of cold can bring about another ice age. Her cruelty renowned, a favorite pastime of hers is to freeze mere mortals into grotesque statuary. It is said that she keeps a pet yeti to rip to shreds any unwanted visitors to her lair...
Nagrom Luap - The "Skinless Man", who gains enormous strength by eating human skin, he had started out consuming his own skin, and now constantly seeks new victims to devour their skin for even more power...
Elocin - The "Creature Queen" - with an army of animals at her beck and call. Her menagerie is worldwide, her knowledge near infinite, even your most private secrets are revealed to her from the common fly on the wall or the rat in the corner...
Nwad - The "Spider Sorceress" - arch-nemesis to the "Creature Queen" whose mastery of spiders is in peril by the "Creature Queen's" command over all animals. Her battle against the "Creature Queen" may be the edge you need to enlist her help.
Retep - The "Bishop of Blood" - whose power over men's minds grows when he drinks their blood. Rumor has it that he is truly a vampire, however no one has been brave enough or strong enough to challenge him with either holy water or a cross. Yet....
Werdna - The "Pharaoh of Flame" - whose ability to create and control fire makes him one of the most dangerous players in the game. They say that he can burn you with just a gaze...
Leahcim - A Cajun voodoo priest, his ability to "talk with the dead" gave him the knowledge of Chronos' plans, it is he who is the architect in organizing the cabal to defeating the Chronos.
But all of them pale in comparison to the "Chronos: the Mad God of Time", an evil wizard whose power grew to the level where he is a god, unfortunately, he's grown quite mad, drunk from the power he wields. It is he who seeks to destroy mankind, to gain control of all magic.
Can you travel thru the castle and collect the magic talismans that are needed to stop and destroy Chronos, the Mad Wizard of Time ?
Be careful, the other witches, wizards and warlocks want the talismans you collect for their own nefarious needs.
You must never part with them. Good luck, and beware, most of all, "The Skinless Man"
