Inventory Sheet Do you wonder just how much of this train stuff you have? Or better yet, if you know what you've got, how are you tracking it? It's nice to know what you have and be able to show something for it in the unlikely event of a natural catastrophe or worse, some thief that thinks he has more right to your stuff than you do... Below is a pretty strait forward spread sheet created in Excel just for tracking your train stuff. It's been created by Ron Wenger so he can keep track of his prized items. He has been nice enough to forward me a copy of the spread sheet with his data included so I could see just how the sheet works. The file here, is similar. It has a lot of data in it so you can see how it works too. If you download the file to try it out I suggest you make or keep a backup copy in it's original state to use as reference in the future etc. Ron has been nice enough to offer the file to anyone interested but he would like to know if anyone makes any changes to it. The more people who make use of it, the better it will become through changes and updates that each of us can use. So, if you use it, update it, change it for the better, let Ron or myself know via e-mail so I can update the online file. Ron Wenger's Inventory Sheet (This file is a self unzipping file) |
