Shipping and handling both to and from The Sound Preserve is based upon the quantity and type of media being transferred and will be the responsibility of the owner to pay these costs. Shipping methods are at the customers discretion, as we wish to return your items exactly as we received them. These are your precious gems, and we respect that.

Poor/Worn Any Source Material: NOTE:Severly scratched, cracked, delaminated or warped source material may be evaluated for transfer but may be refused based on condition and cost to salvage, with all shipping costs being the responsibility of the owner. Do NOT ship any badly damaged material without prior committment or knowledge of The Sound Preserve as the source material will be returned to the owner at the owners full expense. Please be aware that whenever extensive noise removal tools are used, the original audio material will reflect a degradation in the full sound spectrum, and may not be avoidable. If agreed, attempts will be made to Clean, Record, Apply Full Noise Filtering and Full Manual Pop/Click removal, Transfer to CD-R at a cost of $3.00/minute of audio material
LEGAL DISCLAIMER: The Sound Preserve reserves the right to deny transfer services of any material deemed inappropriate or of uncertain origin. Only ONE copy of any Copyrighted© material can be made per source material, as allowed by law. Multiple copies will not be made under any circumstances, sorry. The Sound Preserve will ensure that all source material will be mailed back in the same condition as received, but we can not be responsible for the Post Office or any other delivery services' handling abilities. It is therefore recommended that if you value your original materials, please insure them properly for delivery to the Sound Preserve and insurance will be posted on the return to the owner, at the owners expense.
