Hello and Welcome!  I'm Deputy J. Otto of the Linn County Sheriff's Office in Albany, Oregon and this is my law enforcement patch swapping page.   I was hired by the LCSO as a Corrections Deputy in August 2002 and began collecting law enforcement patches shortly thereafter.  To see the patches I have for trade, click on my Trade List link.  Like most collectors, I like to trade new-for-new, one-for-one, and if you initiate the trade you must send your patch first.  I collect mainly Oregon, Ohio, Idaho, DC and NYPD patches.  I also collect patches with lighthouses, wolves, and elk/caribou/moose.  Beyond these I'm always up for a trade so drop me a line and we'll discuss swapping patches.  I do not collect non-US patches, so please don't offer them in trade.   

The Ft. Wayne, IN EST is comprised of regular patrol officers.  When not answering a call-out, these officers perform regular patrol duties.  The EST handles high-risk entries, works with the Vice/Narcotics team in serving warrants, and provides assistance to other officers during hostage/barricaded subject calls, violent mental subjects and violent crowd situations.  The EST works side-by-side with the department's Critical Response Team, the group of officers responsible for handling negotiations with hostage/barricade incidents.  If you would like to trade for this patch please contact Officer Joe Lyon of the Ft.
