Note: I decided to be VERY EVIL, and chose to develop in C#. In order to run the program, you'll need the Microsoft .NET framework, which can be downloaded through Windows Update, as well as by downloading the redistributable package from the page linked below. Without .NET, you'll get a 'application failed to initialize' or something like that when you try and start the program. More info can be found here. The most recent redestributable package can be found here.
