Hey hey now! Welcome to Daygl-O-NUK's house of Pre-Oops artifacts! This stuff is from WAY back... old time stuff if you know what I mean. There's a big market for this stuff, even if you don't exactly know what it does!

Most pre-reckoning equipment that a player gets should have been tampered with repaired and modified by R&D or the Secret Society who gives it to them. Usually this will involve some level of "fixing" where the power to the unit is restored, any broken components are "fixed", and the unit may be "improved" to do whatever R&D or the Society THINKS it does better. In many cases this will be quite wrong, or at least not exactly correct. Occationally R&D should just admit they have no idea what this thing does, and will have the troubleshooters try and figure it out in the field.

A Disco Ball	Multi-faceted sphere with mirrored surfaces.
Electric Egg Beater	Electric device with two intertwined mesh metal prongs on the front. It has an activator button/trigger on the handle.
A Prism	A small chunk of duraplast or duraglass, it has a strange symmetry, but is faceted on the top.
A portable stereo	A small, electronic box with speakers. When activated, it produces a horrible hissing sound, and none of the dials or levers seems to make it cease.
A bottle of tequila	A large duraglass container full of a liquid. The liquid is almost amber, but very very faint. At the bottom is a small multi-segmented tubular object, floating.
A Weed Trimmer	A long shaft with a handle and trigger at one end and a large device at the other. The device looks like a small, round disk with two synthsteel blades on either side of it. The blades are about 2 inches long (5 cm) and are sharpened on opposite sides.
