Pssst! Hey buddy...
Depending on the secret societies the team belongs to, you'll need to add more missions (especially to kill each other) but these are built into the module:

Anti-Mutant:
Anti-Mutant is always looking for mutants, having a known one on the troubleshooter team is good, it provides tension and conflict. Another good anti-mutant mission is to have a registered or suspected mutant working at the debriefing, PLC or in R&D. Killing one of these without getting gunned down as a traitor is always a chore for the player. The main missions are: Assemblers of God:
The Assemblers are VERY upset about the sector going down, and want to take drastic steps to bring it back up. Communist:
The Commies had a moderate ranking member in the first team who was supposed to make contact with another commie in ICK. Neither has reported back and are presumed dead. The communists want: Computer Phreaks:
The Phreaks aren't especially interested in this mission, but there is rumored to be a new class 12 terminal in one of the control rooms that they want. It contains a special microchip that can be used to improve data download while hacking. The missions are: Corporate Metallica:
When they find out about the Bio Battle Bot, Corp will start drooling furiously. The team member will be told: Death Leopard:
Death Leopard sees this as a perfect opportunity to do serious damage and make some great noise: Frankenstein Destroyers:
The Bio Battle bot and the bot that is down in ICK have got FD up in knots, and they don't like it. Free Enterprise:
Free Enterprise is likely to try and turn a profit here, and is going to use any members to do it. Illuminati:
Who knows what the Illuminati think... Mystics:
The Mystics have lost a member from the first team, the Team Leader. They are very worried, since they sent almost 10 gallons of chemicals with him. Politiclones:
The politiclones have been feeling a pinch in the "ratings" lately. You've got to up the "fuzzy feeling" in the "electorate" ASAP: Pro Tech:
There's a ton of high-tech equipment down in ICK, which is no longer under the watchful cameras of the big C: Psion:
The psions are interested in romours of a new creature in Vat A. They aren't sure what it is, but they want you to try and "make contact" with it: PURGE:
The computer has been weakened, make sure it stays that way! Romantics:
The romantics aren't especially interested in this mission, but they know that one of the items R&D is likely to give out is a blade gun. Seal Club:
The Seal Club has learned that Vat A contains a creature. They want it captured and studied. It's possible that the creature might be somewhat dangerous, but they'll equip the member with some darts to drug it. Trekkers:
New Life! Thats right in the main title!! Go out and seek it out, discover, but don't interfere with it's social growth, that would violate the prime directive.
