Introduction Statement

After the preliminary meetings in this action (0001 - 0833) it was abundantly clear that certain clones within the Vulture Corps, auxilliary Vulture Corps (AVC) and Vulture Corps related departements within the Armed Services, Central Processing and HPD&MC were involved in misappropriation and mishandling of designated allotments of Standard Electrical Units (SEUs), Standard Clone Labor Units (SCLUs) and miscellaneous fraudulent activities including, but not limited to, personal use of Computer equipment for non sanctioned use, treasonous misuse of Computer Equipment, Hoarding of Computer Equipment and allocations, Conspiracy against the Computer, Conspiracy against Alpha Complex, Conspiracy to commit treason, Treason, and bribery.

Subsequent investigations at meetings in this action (0834 - 2391) revealed a complex array of treasonous activities resulting in large scale mishandling and abuse of Computer allocations. This was traced to the highest levels of the Vulture Corps.

Following this, interviews and briefings were held (2392 - 3877) in which the responsibility and culpability of specific clones was investigated. Investigative meetings were held (3878 - 4210) and discussed (4211-4399) and finally the matter has come to be resolved. Resolution meetings (4211 - 4452) have led to this meeting, where decisions will be effected.

Objectives of this meeting

Final penalties for all guilty parties have been reviewed with The Computer and approved for final announcement. Guilty clones will be removed from the Vulture Corps board of direction and activity (VCBDA) and replaced with new, loyal clones. The furtherment and betterment of the Vulture Corps will then commence.
