Ambleside Online has no official plan for Year 12 yet. This is what my
son will be doing for his senior year. Year 12 students will typically
be holding down a job, finalizing college plans, and preparing for
their life after high school, and may thus have less time for academics
than in previous years.
History for this plan is ancient Greece, ancient Rome, and (based on my
son's personal interest) pre-Rome Britain. This is based on Ambleside
Online, using suggestions from posts to the HEO email list from Lynn
Bruce, Carol Hepburn, and others. This plan does not include Poetry,
which is included with literature in works such as The Aeneid and Beowulf.
