My two cents worth

10:12 AM   Before anyone uses my basketball data you should be aware that I do consider it to be a messy dataset. There are errors in the lines. I am aware of at least one problem where sometimes if a game had already started when the program collected updated lines it would generate a new line corresponding to the second half line The program would then mistakenly keep this as the game line. That is one problem that I have always known was there. But that is something I think I can change for next season. I have already made a change to my collection of baseball lines to only make updates to a game if the game has not yet started. I am sure there are other unknown errors as well. I have started what I am sure will be a slow process of trying to correct these line errors. Right now the games of Novemember should be in decent shape.

2:58 PM   I finally posted the NFL Prediction Tracker Awards for 2006 (at least the prediction part of it anyway).

I am also in the slow process of setting up a new site, www.thepredictiontracker.com
I am starting it with the current baseball season. And will gradually move the rest.
