Welcome to St. George’s, an Episcopal church family in Hampstead, Maryland.
We believe a church should be comfortable, unassuming and not judgmental. We believe you should come as you are. We believe being at church is more important than dressing up. Sure, you’re welcome to dress in your Sunday best, but don’t do that on our account! We believe children should be children. We believe you belong here. And last, but not least, we believe in the Lord, Jesus Christ.

A simple way to find out is to worship with us one Sunday morning. Our 9:00 service is more relaxed and designed to accommodate families with young children, while our 11:00 service is more traditional. In between we have Sunday School, adult forum and coffee hour, where everyone can meet. We truly believe there’s something for everyone in our parish home and you’re invited to check out both services to see where you fit best.
