| On 2 Feb 2008, Jean-Luc's Eagle Court of Honor began with an invocation. Many area scouters, friends and relatives joined the celebration held at Church of the Ascension, Westminster, MD. | Amongst the many presentations that went along with earning his Eagle rank, Carroll District representatives presented Jean-Luc with a plaque. | After the ceremony, a few troop members expressed their well wishes with a group (bear) hug. | During a memorable reception, Jean-Luc and other members of Troop 321 took time to pose for this picture. |

| On a dark and dreary day, the scouts set sail (or paddle) down the mighty Pocomoke River. | The sun came out briefly while the scout fleet waited for the bridge to open. | At that evenings campfire, some people received praise for their well toasted marshmallows... |
| ....while others chose to dry out their shoes. | Eventually, even the scoutmaster thought dry shoes might be a good idea. | Even after some rugged paddling, the scouts had enough energy to join in a rousing chorus of that old campfire favorite -- Timewarp. |
