Chef
-The ideal candidate must have a culinary diploma with at
least 5 years upscale banqueting experience as Banquet Chef.
Solid culinary training, a passion for outstanding customer
service, and excellent references are a must.
- Catering
Manager
- The ideal candidate will supervise total catering operations
to include such duties as booking, selecting and costing
menu items, pricing, arranging for temporary help and equipment
rental. You will supervise the preparation and service of
food and refreshments, as well as clean-up.
