What is my “Day Job”?

I am the Technical Lead for the PC support department at a local company that has over 3500 Desktops, Laptops and Tablet PC’s.

Why do I do this?
|
|
I like to work in a wide variety of situations and keep up on technologies and configurations that I may not see at my day job. I also like to meet new people and solve their problems. Each new job provides a new learning opportunity. I also like to give people a good deal. Many PC/Network Support technicians charge way too much, I don’t believe in that. TGeek is not my primary source of income, that is a big reason why I can charge less and don’t have to worry about it. I have been accused (more than once) of not charging enough....
