TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
General:
- TGeek Computer Services will provide services as agreed upon via verbal or written communications.
- TGeek Computer Services will issue the customer a detailed Invoice prior to receipt of payment. Payments for any services rendered will be accepted by TGeek Computer Services in the form of Personal Check, Company Check or Cashiers Check and must be made out to "TGeek Computer Services". Payment terms are Net 30 with a 3% penalty for payments not received by the due date.
- Any and all User ID’s and Passwords utilized on the customers PC(s) and/or Server(s) required by TGeek Computer Services for build, installation, configuration and maintenance must be given to me in written form and will be held in the highest of confidentiality.
- At no time will TGeek Computer Services release any information viewed on any PC or Server.
Web Site:
- TGeek Computer Services will not provide web site design services for any site that is deemed to be of a pornographic, condescending, racially bias, demeaning, or any type of prejudicial nature. This will be based entirely on the judgment of TGeek Computer Services.
- Any company/personal logo’s, banners or other forms of artwork that is either provided by the customer or created by TGeek Computer Services will be the sole property of the customer and may not be used for any purpose without the written consent of said customer.
- TGeek Computer Services requires that the customer allow the use of a button or text link to the TGeek Computer Services web site be incorporated into the customer’s site. This link must remain for a period of six (6) months or for as long as TGeek Computer Services maintains the customer’s site.
- TGeek Computer Services requires that the customer allow a link from the TGeek Computer Services site to the customer’s site. This link must remain for a period of six (6) months or for as long as TGeek Computer Services maintains the customer’s site.
- TGeek Computer Services will provide sixty (60) days of free maintenance to the customer’s site. This is to guarantee that all aspects of the site are fully functional and to the customer’s satisfaction.
- TGeek Computer Services will provide maintenance to the customer’s site on either a monthly contract or individual job basis. Payments for maintenance (after sixty (60) days) will be accepted after the maintenance has been completed. The customer will receive a detailed Invoice with all billing. Payment terms are Net 30 with a 3% penalty for payments not received by the due date. Purchase orders are accepted.
- TGeek Computer Services must obtain all site information required for uploading and maintenance, including Username and Password. This information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be misused by TGeek Computer Services. If TGeek Computer Services arranges the site hosting, this same information will be issued to the customer on request.
- TGeek Computer Services will post the index page (and any additionally required) of the customer’s site at a location spawned from the TGeek Computer Services site. The URL for this posting will be given to the customer for review and acceptance before payment is accepted. Upon completion, the web site / HTML becomes the property of the customer and can be issued upon request.

TGeek Computer Services has a strict policy for handling customer information. The information you provide to TGeek Computer Services is confidential and protected to the fullest extent possible. TGeek Computer Services will not disclose or distribute customer information to third parties without prior written consent by the customer.
