Fortunately, hot-air ballooning is one of the safest forms of flight known to man. Our pilot has twenty years experience in ballooning. He started as a crew member and later was certified with a Federal Aviation Administration Pilot's license. Our balloons are of the highest quality and are inspected regularly by a Federal Aviation Administration approved facility to insure they remain in perfect working order.
What you should wear
Dress comfortably for the surface temperature. We recommend long pants and closed-toe, low-heeled shoes. No High heels or sandals. We will be walking in fields, so dress casually and remember the grass is usually wet, so waterproof shoes are handy. In cooler weather, dress in layers. On warm days the burners can be hot so caps are recommended, especially for tall people.
