I've not yet completed the access quest to enter, so the information here is from others.

Which unfortunately means that I can't yet provide a picture by picture walkthrough.

Location 1: Rivervale

First you need to get to the Draftling tower. You need to have finished the Draftling access quest to get inside.

Location 1: Draftling Tower

This is a screenshot sent to me of where the book should be found. The bookshelf on the right should have the book.

Directions provided to me are as follows:

Enter the zone and make only right turns until you pass the first large room.

Next, keep making right turns, watching your loc until you find yourself near the loc of the book.

The loc given is -120, +80, +50

You will need to look for a room like the following screenshot, and climb up the wall to get to the bookshelves where the book is kept.

It should be the bookshelf on the right in the screenshot.
