Location 1: Antonica

First you need to take a Gryphon ride to the Steppes Station.

Next, hop off and start heading west along the wall for a short ways until you see a large Waterfall.

Head up the cave through those waterfall, to an iron gate that leads to Thundering Steppes.

Location 2: Thundering Steppes

Head out away from the zone and you should immediately see a small Gnoll camp ahead of you. Run out to the right and you will see a sleeping bag on the ground. Click and search it to aquire the Giants mastery book.
