Location 1: Enchanted Lands

Enter the Enchanted Lands through the Dock at Nektulos Forest.

Run down off the dock, and turn left to follow the beach until you come to a large wooden wall:

Next run up the wall, and you will see a large opening, with two sets of stairs:

Go up the stairs on the right side, and inside you can get the Goblin book from this bookshelf:
