Location: Nektulos Forest

For Qeynos players, go to Thundering Steppes and head to the NorthWestern beach, where you will find a dock. Then use a Mariner Bell to go to Nektolos Forest. Once you have zoned there, run to the end of the dock, turn right and run along the beach. Very soon you come near the end of the beach area, turn left 90 degrees and head up towards a large camp of tents. For Freeport players, run to Nektulos Forest and then to the docks.

Here at the large camp you will see Vandals and Pirates. The following screenshot is of me facing the camp, with my back towards the beach. The white arrow shows which tent the book is in. To get the book, there is a crate in there you must right click and get. Once someone gets the book, it needs around 5-10 minutes to "respawn" so someone else can get it.
