Uncle Todd's Premium Stock Sauces and Glazes are proudly made in Washington State. The first product, "Original" BBQ Glaze, was proudly brought to the Northwest first, with both distribution and line expansion as 2004 progressed. UNCLE TODD'S Premium Stock now offers three items.

Our signature "Original" Barbecue Glaze is a tomato based barbecue sauce rich in molasses, honey, agave nectar, hickory smoke, fresh ground garlic, and other natural flavors. All the components of a truly great sauce are there - sweet, tangy, and smoky, with a bite we like to call "the love bite".

As a brand new addition to the UNCLE TODD'S Premium Stock line, the Seafood Glaze offers an alternative to those that are looking for something tasty and different to compliment seafood. Tamarind and brown sugar give a zingy-sweet flavor that works great on all kinds of seafood from fish to prawns, scallops to crab cakes.

There are two sizes available for each Uncle Todd's offering:

Barbecue flavors (Original or Spicy) -

1 US Gallon for commercial use.

Seafood Glaze-
10 fl oz bottle for retail sales,
64 fl oz (half gallon) for commercial use.
