Our vacation home is a charming, ocean view, small house (700 sq. ft./ 70 Sq.Mt.) on the island of Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts - USA. From
our
living room, dinning room and deck we have 180 degree unobstructed view of a meadow,
forests and the ocean.
Ocean access is at the edge of the meadow through conservation land. In
the summer the sun rises over the ocean, directly in the center of our magnificent view.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the home is best suited for one
couple. The single bathroom and fully equipped kitchen have been recently renovated;
includes cable TV, CD/DVD/VHS, stereo, computer with Internet broadband connection, clothes washer and
dryer, canoe and two bicycles. Click on

Martha’s Vineyard is located off the coast of Cape Cod in Massachusetts; it is a premier vacation spot in Massachusetts (President Clinton’s choice in prior years). It is accessible by convenient ferries (a 45 minute trip) and scheduled airlines; the passenger/auto ferry is 75 miles (120 Km) from Boston. We are in a secluded area, adjacent to the Felix Neck Bird Sanctuary and on a private road that serves only four homes. The nearest town is Edgartown, Massachusetts; shopping and dining are within three to five miles (5 to 8 Km) . Our ocean waterfront is protected by a causeway; that provides a safe canoeing area to explore the neighboring bird sanctuary and beyond. The causeway offers a fabulous bicycle trail.
The house has an open architecture design, with the master bedroom overlooking the living room. The living room, eat-in kitchen and deck share a mesmerizing view of the meadow and the ocean. While the popular season is from late June through the first week of September, the balance of May to October offers crisp New England Weather and the warmth of a fireplace.
No children, pets or smoking indoors.
