Orleans." Jean Shepard of Grand Ole Opry fame also visits the gang, along with
George "Goober" Lindsay from TV's "The Andy Griffith Show." DV-3772
3) 1971 Tammy Wynette's appearance in this episode takes place shortly after her marriage
to the great George Jones, when the country music power couple reigned supreme.
The First Lady of Country delivers a moving rendition of her trademark number, "Stand
by Your Man," after which George takes over for a rowdy version of his number 1 hit,
"White Lightin'." Then, "Hillbilly Heartthrob" Faron Young is joined by a full swing
band and three fiddles as he plays his 1968 hit "She Went a Little Bit Farther." DV-5855
4) 1972 This memorable episode of Hee Haw stars the First Couple of the '70s "outlaw"
movement, the husband and wife team of Waylon Jennings and Jessi Colter with an
incredible performance of "I Ain't the One", the flip side of the pair's hit single "Suspicious
Minds", and Jessi gives a preview of what would become her biggest hit, "I'm Not Lisa."
Along with these legendary musical guests, Roy, Buck and the whole Hee Haw gang are
back again, pickin' and grinnin', singin' and spinnin' tall tales-even baseball great
Johnny Bench stops by to join in on some classic Kornfield Kounty fun. DV-5941

Hollywood UK(British TV)
1)Part 1 Northern Lights DV-5566
The first in a series telling the story of the British film-making boom of the sixties. At the start of the
decade, working-class heroes began to emerge in gritty dramas set in the North of England. John Schlesinger,
Richard Harris and Tom Courtenay revisit the locations of their early films, and Rita Tushingham and
Julie Christie talk about the new kind of girl who came on the scene. Presented by Richard Lester.
2)Part 2 Making It in London DV-5566
The second in a series about British film-making in the sixties looks at the London scene typified by films
like 'The Knack' and 'A Hard Day's Night', and how the sexual revolution was reflected in 'Darling', 'Poor
Cow' and 'Morgan: A Suitable Case for Treatment'. Vanessa Redgrave, Julie Christie, Michael Caine,
Terence Stamp and Ken Loach talk about their experiences.
3)Part 3 A Very British Picture DV-5566
The third in the series about British film-making in the sixties looks at how the British self-image was
portrayed in the films of the period. Topics such as homosexuality, race, class and revolution are discussed
by Sylvia Syms, Sir Dirk Bogarde, Ken Loach, Tom Courtenay and Lindsay Anderson; while Harold Pinter
returns to the scene of 'Accident' to reflect on the film's critique of the middle classes.
4)Part 4 Strangers in The City 8/22/2005 DV-5796
A programme examining how London has been portrayed by different film-makers. With the film-making boom of the 60s came a new breed of foreign directors, all with different views of the city. The programme looks at how the city was interpreted through films such as Polanski's psycho-sexual nightmare 'Repulsion' and Antonioni's 'Blow-Up', and why other directors, including Francois Truffaut and Roger Corman, came to
London to make movies.
5)Part 5 The Last Wave 8/29/2005 DV-5796
The series about British cinema in the 60s comes to an end with a look at the huge successes and costly
failures of the film-making boom and follows the fortunes of those involved. Star contributors include
Michael Caine, Sir John Gielgud, James Fox and Mick Jagger.
