Arbitrator Hears Union's CILO Grievance

The mail-handlers union met with the Postal Service on Friday, October 17, in the presence of Arbitrator Judith Bello to discuss the casual-in-lieu-of (CILO) grievance that former branch president Leo Spearman had filed when he was in office.

Attending for the union were John Macey, local 308 president; John Gibson, local 308 vice president and branch president of the BMC; Steve Bahrle, NJ State Rep and branch president of Trenton; and Spearman. Gibson served as the union's advocate, Bahrle as the technician.
