CILO Grievance Update

Local 308 Vice President John Gibson, the union's advocate for the casual-in-lieu-of grievance that was argued before an arbitrator on October 17, said he has submitted a post-hearing brief to the arbitrator. The Postal Service has done likewise.

Gibson said he expects the arbitrator to rule on the case by the end of December.
