Policies

Our Home is open for rent from early April thru late November. Summer rates are $150.00 per night with a 2-night minimum, or $800.00 per week. Early Spring and Late Fall rates are $190.00 per day or $975.00 per week. (Special weekends require at least 3 nights) The rate does not include a $60.00 cleaning fee or 10% local or state taxes. Prices are subject to change. Long term rentals are available with special pricing.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation and a 2-week written notice must be received for a full refund. No Cancellations accepted due to weather.

This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Maximum occupancy is 10 people and motor home hook ups are not allowed.
