2005 GOLF AND CART PASSES - RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
Golf Passes
Season Pass:
Available for individuals 18 years or older and families (limited nubmer available). Play any time other than when first tee or course is closed. Additional children under 18 years are added as a junior weekday pass.
Weekday Pass:
Available for individuals 18 years or older and families. Play any time weekdays except when first tee is closed, course is closed, or on holidays.
Junior Weekday Pass:
Available for individulas under 18 years old. Same restrictions apply as weekday passes with additional play allowed after 2:00 pm on weekends and holidays.

Private Cart Passes
Available for individuals 25 years or older for indoor or outdoor parking. No maintenance, supplies, utilities, or insurance will be provided.
The owner of each cart is responsible for the care, use, insurance, and security of the cart, and any damages to persons or property. Carts are not to be loaned or rented to others, nor are they to be operated by anyone under 25 years of age. The owner of any cart used by another person, will be billed a daily use fee for each round of play.
Assigned parking in the cart shed and outside lots must be observed and carts must be parked as not to interfere with others. Cart shed doors must be kept closed and locked after sunset. Keys for the cart shed are provided at the pro shop.
Golf carts must follow paths as marked by white lines or yellow ropes. In the absence of any path or markings, carts are to stay 30 feet from the fringe of any green, and 30 feet away from any tee.
Golf carts may not be allowedon the course at the discretion of management in order to avoid excessive course wear and damage.

Applications:
Applications are accepted each year during October, November, and December for the following season. All passes run on a calendar year, January through December, and are not in effect until paid and issued. Any unpaid balance after January 1 renders the season pass cancelled and the holder must pay greens fees until the account balance is satisfied.
Applications and payment sreceived January through March will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis as openings become available.
Applications received after March 31 will be held on a waiting list for the following year. There are no prorations or price adjustments available.
Lockers:
A limited number of lockers are available for annual lease. Locks are provided and keys to the locker room are available upon request.

Additional Rules And Privileges:
  • GOLF LEAGUE: All golf pass holders must sign-in at the pro shop before golf league play.
  • Bag tags and cart stickers must be displayed, in plain sight, at all times.
  • It is the responsibility of each golfer to inquire at the pro shop as to first tee and course closings.
  • All golf pass holders are entitled to receive a 10% discount on all pro shop purchases upon presentation of member card or tag.(guest fees, special orders, sale items, and rentals excluded).
  • All golfers are expected to abide by USGA rules as amended by local rules listed on scorecards and posted in pro shop.
  • Any deliberate damage to the course (including playing on closed greens and tees during winter and spring months), buildings, or equipment will result in the pass and all related privileges being revoked for a term determined by management.
  • All play must start on the first tee. Anyone starting a round on any other tee will lose season pass privileged for one week. (Permanently for a subsequent infraction.
