Instructions
Cut the meat into cubes
and add the salt, leaving overnight. The following day, make the
marinade with the vinegar, garlic bay leaves, pepper and the herbs.
Pour the marinade into a earthenware pot, and add the meat and leave
for 3 days. After the meat has been marinated, fry in a large frying
pan, adding the marinade. Fry the slices of bread in the marinade.
