Odette Van Marter will not trade, sell, or disclose to any third
party any form of viewer information without the consent of the
viewer (except as required by subpoena, search warrant or other
legal process or in the case where failure to disclose information
will lead to impending harm to the viewer or others). This includes
information originating from subscription of newsletters and use of
Odette Van Marter's website.
Collection / Use of Information
Odette Van Marter shall collect and use viewer identifiable
information to solve problems associated with this website, and to
inform viewers of new information that will better meet their needs.
Odette Van Marter will use viewer identifiable information to inform
viewers of helpful products and services. If a viewer desires to be
removed from email distribution of helpful products and services
from Odette Van Marter, that viewer's information will not be used
for the purpose of informing of new products and services.
