Quite some time ago I attended graduate school at the University of New Mexico, and developed a quite affection for the desert southwest. About fifteen years ago I returned on a summer vacation, and the addiction surfaced. Since then I've visited various parts of the the Southwest over fifteen times. Some of those trips have been camping in Canyon de Chelly and Grand Gulch. Others have included visiting most National Parks and monuments in the Four Corners area. Visit the Stories page for the details and discoveries made along the way.

As a result I've accumulated a wealth of photographs, stories and experiences that I enjoy sharing in both an informal and formal manner. Most recently in 2007 I've delivered a lecture at the Mitchell Museum of the American Indian, in Evanston Il. titled Off the Beaten Path in the Native Southwest, A selection of photographs are included in the exhibit Images of Stone showing until March 2008.

2008 brought a number of exhibits and lectures.
