Ben's first State Fair

Ben had a great time at his first State Fair on Friday. We were met with some light rain/mist in the morning, but soon the sky opened and it was sunny and warm. We had our family caricature drawn and airbrushed by Bonnie's friend, Kathy - we highly recommend getting one from her. Ben liked the Merry-Go-Round ride with mom and I got some great pictures. We ate plenty of food, including cotton candy which Ben seemed to like tastes of. We even got to share some of our day with Dan who was visiting from Arizona. Ben was so wired that he only napped for 1 hour the entire day and still managed to stay up until his normal 8pm bedtime. All in all it was a fun-filled day, and we're already looking forward to next year!
