Cold Stone's website woes
I submitted the following rant about my bad experience today on their site. I'm amazed at the rather shoddy site a well known franchise company like this has. I love their ice cream and they have a great birthday club, so it's not like I'm going to stop going to their store. I really just want to make them aware of these flaws and get them corrected quickly. We'll see how they respond.
You have two major web site issues, and an unfriendly person answering your corporate phone. Here they are, you better fix this stuff, makes your company look bad in my opinion.
1) store locator is broken.

Error dialog: The Google Maps API key used on this web site was registered for a different web site. You can generate a new key...
2) customer service page to report a problem gives very weird error.

Your request cannot be completed until authentication is complete.
3) I called 480-362-4800, spoke to Janette, and she was rather rude about trying to help me locate a store in my zip code. I tried to tell her about issue #1, and she didn't seem to care. I would consider this a crucial issue you should fix on your site asap. Good luck.
