How to Add Items to the "Send To" Menu in Windows XP

I always forget how to do this, so decided to blog it. This is a great way to add a shortcut to apps such as Notepad to your "Send To" menu in Windows Explorer. Then when you right-click on a file, you can quickly "send" the file to Notepad and open it. Here is Microsoft's KB article on how to do this.
