Linda let everyone know that we will be holding nominations of officers for next year. Tournament Committee announced they will not be doing it next year and asked if anyone wanted to take their place to let them know.
A vote was taken for the Place and Date we wanted the end of year Ladies League Banquet. It was decided by the majority that the banquet will be held at the Chelmsford Country Club on September 29/09.
Another vote was taken on the Fall Classic/Food Fling tournament. It was decided that it will be held on September 12th and it will be a 9 hole tournament and everyone wins.
The upcoming Lobster Fest is Sunday August 9th. It is a 9 hole tournament. Linda suggested after the tournament that everyone goes back to her and Carries house for food. We all took a vote and agreed that would be the best place. Linda reminded everyone that the fee is $11.00 to play and $10-15 for food depending on if you choose lobster or burgers.
The Member-Member tournament was also discussed. A date was not yet decided but we all agreed that it would be a 1 day 18 hole tournament.
Linda reminded everyone about Lake Morey. She also sent around a sheet to write down the names of the ladies who would be sharing a room while in Lake Morey.
