THE NEW BAND IN TOWN!

My old buddies, (meaning long-time, surely not age!) Mike Goydan and Henry Garcia have teamed up with Dave McTamney and Andy Sirawsky to form Darkwater the Trenton area's soon to be Kings of Classic Rock!

Visit their myspace: myspace.com/1darkwater to see where they're playing - come out and sing & dance!

THE HISTORY OF A LEGENDARY BAND

One of my favorite area bands that I never got to see perform live as much as wished I had was Johnny's Dance Band. I did get to see the "classic lineup" live only once when they opened for The Asbury Jukes at the War Memorial. Tony Juliano, founding member, front-man and one of the band's principle song writers wrote a great history with some great pictures of the band at his website: tonyjulianomusic.com

Randy Now is working on a date for a JDB reunion show for next March at the Record Collector, I'll post the date when I get it.

Even if you've never seen or heard them before, this is THE show that you won't want to miss.        Click here to see some of my Johnny's Dance Band stuff
